Much of our classwork is based around a theme. This is an idea that connects all teachable skills and activities together with a running theme throughout. In this case, Teacher Anna introduces medical vocabulary for one is not feeling well. She plays the role of the doctor and engages the students in a discussion about when they are feeling bad and the different kinds of problems and solutions available. The 'doctor's bag' or medical bag is introduced with its different parts and the students are encouraged to use their creativity and create their own. Language arts, creativity, fine motor skills, and organization are all practiced during this activity. The children enjoyed 'treating' each other's 'ailments' and who knows, this may be the very spark that creates future doctors of the world.. #oiscainternationalbangkok #kindergarten
