At Oisca, we have a group of pet turtles. The students enjoy learning how to feed them, clean their pen, and simply observe them and their behavior - learning about nature as they go. From time to time, we take the turtles out of the their stable and allow them a chance to move about freely in Oisca Park.
What better way to exercise the turtles then to have a turtle race? Here students of Rainbow class have a chance to learn how to properly hold and handle the turtles (safety first) before setting them up at the start line.
Then the exciting but slow (!) race starts!!!
