Namaste!


A big part of our student wellness program is our weekly yoga sessions. The physical benefits are many. Besides the strengthening of muscles, improving of balance, coordination, and flexibility - the students practice breathing and focus. These breathing exercises not only benefit the cardiovascular system but allow students to work on improving their mental clarity, focus and concentration as well.


Students with healthy minds and bodies is exactly what we aim to build and develop at OISCA International. Oh, did I mention that yoga is also A LOT OF FUN? Our students are often found smiling and even laughing out loud while they practice their yoga. This joy is mainly due to our great instructor Kru Nan.
