How learning to tell the time clocks benefit your children.
There are many educational benefits to being able to tell the time. This is related to
mathematics, the ability to skip count (5,10,15,20…) and familiarize with primary
addition and multiplication. This has proven to be remarkably successful for those
children who response better to visual aid. Learning to tell the time helps children
with their development, motor, social and behavioral skills such a responsibilities
and time management.
Here at OISCA our K2 children are currently learning to read the time lock, which
helps them with their number recognition and gives them a good understanding of
their daily routine in school. Having a good explanatory break down of their
routine will encourage students to value their time and increase appreciation of
certain lessons or subjects they enjoy.
