Pre Kindergarten
Welcome to O.I.S.C.A.’s Pre-K Programme for 2 to 3 year old children.
Our Pre-K class provides a safe and secure environment for very young children. The spacious and well equipped classrooms are specifically designed to encourage positive learning through play. We offer a five mornings per week programme and part-time places are available for five mornings a week. The Pre-K day starts at 8:00 a.m. and finishes at 2:30 p.m.
The curriculum is taught through voluntary and teacher-led activities. Themes are used as a stimulus to integrate all areas of learning. The themes are carefully selected for the Pre-K age range as a focus for learning and the development of skills. The Pre-Kindergarten schedule aims to include all of the learning areas which helps ensure that all elements of the Early Years Foundation Stage are covered. Our themed approach encourages creativity and fun.
